Animal Intervention Sessions
Therapy dog intervention sessions designed to support children's emotional wellbeing, confidence, social skills and overall mental health in education.
Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual and may include:
- Anxiety support
- Confidence support
- Social and communication skills
- Emotional regulation
- Building Trust
- Overcoming a fear of dogs
- Healthy relationship and boundaries
For schools, colleges, alternative provisions, children homes, holiday camps.

Overcoming a Fear of Dogs
1-2-1 sessions for children and young people to become more confident around dogs
Sessions to build resilience and trust around dogs. Sessions are:
- Tailored to the age of the individual
- Taken at the the child or young person's own pace
- Informative and practical
A phone consultation is required before sessions to make sure that Trusted Canine Companions are working within their professional limits.
