Assistance Dog Training
Owner trained assistance dogs for physical and mental health disabilities
Our Assistance Dog Training training is designed to help you develop a well-trained, confident assistance dog that can provide practical support in everyday life.
We work on:
- Loose lead walking in busy and quiet settings
- Reliable recall and focus around distractions
- Calm behaviour in public spaces
- Building confidence, consistency, and trust between dog and handler
Task based training tailored to your individual needs:
- Deep and light pressure therapy
- Leading to an exit
- Item retrieval
- Opening and closing doors
- Alerting to anxiety
- Creating space techniques
We provide flexible sessions to suit your needs, with the option for Rachel to work directly with your dog if needed.
We ask all clients to have 3rd party public liability insurance for their assistance dog and will ask for evidence of this.
One session - £50
